course season begins September 10! Please
note, all returning MAC member accounts must be paid in full prior to
participation in the 2007-2008 season. There are still several families
that need to finalize their bill prior to being allowed to participate.

New and returning members must sign and return the Financial Obligation & Liability Waiver form to P.O. Box 45321, Omaha, NE 68145-0321 prior to your child participating this fall. New swimmers will also need to submit the 2009 USA Swimming Athlete Registration form.

*2009 USA Swimming Athlete Registration - bring to tryout with $50.00 payable to MAC. This amount is then forwarded to USA Swimming. Will be returned if not joining.
*Copy of state issued birth certificate, military ID, or passport. - Must have for tryout!
